ATC & Motiv Express Quick Start
To help you get started, please follow this quick guide to setup ATC & Motiv Express.
- Launch ATC & Motiv
- Click "Tools" then "Account Information" on the toolbar.
- Enter your name and email address (the other fields are optional). Then press "OK".
- On the "Trailers" tab, select the trailer you are interested in.
- Click the "Options" tab
- Select the options you wish to add to your trailer.
- Once your trailer and options are selected, click the "Customer" tab.
- Enter "ATC & Motiv" in the "Customer Name field.
- Enter "sales@aluminumtrailer.com" in the "Email" field.
- Press "Email Quote" in the lower right corner of your screen.
A quote will be sent to us for review and we can contact you with further directions
Trouble Shoot ATC & Motiv Express
ATC & Motiv Express won't start
Try each of these steps until one works:
- Check your version of Java at Java.com. Try to launch ATC & Motiv Express again.
- Search your computer for a folder named ".ATCLite" (notice the dot in front of ATCLite) and delete it. Try to launch ATC & Motiv Express again.
- Uninstall it using your "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel. Try to launch ATC & Motiv Express again.
